The search for a missing Eolia, Missouri woman has ended.

Her body was found in a creek near her home Sunday afternoon.

Lincoln County Sheriff’s Captain Mike Huffman says 48-year-old Jennifer Bogert appears to have died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

She was last seen Friday morning when she failed to show up at work.

The family lives near the Lincoln-Pike county line north of St. Louis.
