ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOX) – Police are identifying a man found shot to death in north St. Louis Thursday afternoon.

Officers responding to a call of “shots fired” in the 4300 block of Warne found 52-year-old Garland Carter dead from multiple gunshot wounds to the neck and head.

No word on any possible suspects.
