St. Louis, MO. (KMOX) — Rams career rushing leader Steven Jackson will reportedly void the final year of his contract on March 12 according to Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
Jackson, who turns 30 this coming summer, will test the free-agent market. He is set to make $7 million this season under his current contract.
The former Oregon State star has spent his entire NFL career in St. Louis since being drafted in 2004. Jackson has rushed for 10,135 yards, making him the franchise all-time leader, and 56 touchdowns.
