WORDEN, Ill. (KMOX) - A Metro East man is jailed on charges that he exposed himself in public.

25-year-old Matthew Read’s accused of standing next to the open window of his apartment on East Wall St. in Worden and exposing his genitalia “in a lewd manner” on Wednesday.

Read’s being held on $10,000 bond at the Madison County jail on a count of public indecency.
