ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - A leading scorer this season for the St. Louis Blues isn’t returning to the ice anytime soon.
The team announced Saturday that forward Alex Steen is going on injured reserve with an upper body injury. He previously had been listed as “day to day” after getting hurt during a practice drill on Tuesday.
Through 18 games this season, Steen has posted 4 goals and 12 assists.
Steen joins Andy McDonald (knee), Vladimir Tarasenko (concussion) and Jamie Langenbrunner (hip) on injured reserve.
