The rock band Journey has been added to the lineup for the Illinois State Fair in Springfield this summer.

Journey is scheduled to play on the fair’s Grandstand stage August 18th. Tickets go on sale April 27th through Ticketmaster.

The 2013 Illinois state fair runs from August 8th through the 18th.

Other groups signed for this year’s Illinois state fair include Styx, REO Speedwagon, Toby Keith, Gary Allan, The Band Perry and Thompson Square.
