Vehicle Reported To Have Gone Into the Meramec River

FRANKLIN COUNTY, MO. (KMOX) – A request from the Franklin County Sheriff’s office.

They would like the woman motorist who reported that a vehicle went into the Meramec River in Meramec State Park to call them.

The woman was talking with a park ranger and stated that she saw a vehicle drive into the river, but then contact was lost and the ranger didn’t get a location.

The Franklin County Sheriff’s office did conduct a search but called it off until they can get more information.

Officials would like for the woman, described as white, with dark hair, driving a white four door Chevrolet Malibu with two children inside, to call the Franklin county Sheriff’s office at 636 583 2560
