St. Louis Man Gets 12 Years for Bank Robbery

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOX) — Terrell L. Davis was sentenced to 147 months in prison for the armed robbery of a Commerce Bank on September 19, 2011.

Davis, 34, of St. Louis pled guilty to one felony count of bank robbery, one felony count of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence and one felony count of being a previously convicted felon in possession of firearms in December, and appeared today for sentencing before United States District Judge Henry Autrey.

This case was investigated by the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Assistant United States Attorney Tom Mehan handled the case for the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
