ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – The National Weather Service now confirms two tornadoes hit Wednesday, one in Hazelwood and the other on The Hill in South St. Louis.

On The Hill , where the clean up continues, city officials have released new damage figures.

48 homes were damaged, three businesses, including Bruno’s restaurant were damaged along with the city’s E.M.S. building which has a leaky roof.

One home and a garage are condemned. There were no injuries on the Hill.

The city says dumpsters will be available as long as needed for cleanup and citizens who want information or need a work order should contact the Citizens Service Bureau at 314 622 4800.
