Police Roust Rowdy Teens

St. Louis police have rounded up a rowdy group of young people swarming the streets downtown Saturday night.
Police say they got a report around 7.30 that at least 25 teenagers were blocking sidewalks and stopping traffic in the tourist hotel zone at Broadway and Market.
The crowd ranged in age from 13 to 20.
Officers arrested and cuffed 20 juveniles and four other people ages 17 to 20.
The juveniles were held for their parents.
The older four are charged with peace disturbance and contributing to the deliquency of minors.
