Serial Flasher on the Loose in Creve Coeur
CREVE COEUR, Mo. (KMOX) — Creve Coeur Police are looking for a potential serial flasher with several open cases dating back to mid February.
Lieutenant John Romas told KMOX his office is currently investigating five incidents, all within the same area on Olive and New Ballas. Police have a person of interest in the first two incidents, but no arrest has been made.
Romas said there’s no violence or theft associated with the flashing, but police are taking the indecent exposure very seriously.
The first two incidents happened on February 19, the most recent, April 6.
