Off-Duty Cop Shot in St. Louis

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – An off-duty police officer is one of the latest shooting victims in the city of St. Louis.

Investigators say the 25-year-old man was hit while driving in the 1000 block of North Taylor, early Sunday.

He suffered a leg injury and went to a hospital for observation.

Another off-duty St. Louis police officer and a third man in the car were not hurt.

Police say they are looking for three persons in a late 1990’s model BMW with primer in the spot where the rear license plate should be.
