Donations Rolling In To Habitat For Humanity St. Louis After Theft

Kyle Hunsberger, Director of Construction for Habitat for Humanity says when he came in to work Wednesday morning, email donations were already waiting most from neighbors. He says one sizable donation was made from a resident who lives blocks from where five Habitat homes are going up.

“It’s a great way to start the day,” Hunsberger tells KMOX. “We have been approached by some vendors that are interested at providing (tools) at cost or discounts.”

He says while they are trying to make up for lost time, the theft won’t stop Saturday’s Women Build where 60 women will volunteer for Mother’s Day.
