UPDATE: Police Identify Factory Worker Killed in St. Louis County

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. (KMOX) — Police have identified the steel worker who was found dead Wednesday morning by one of his coworkers.

Authorities say 55-year-old Mach Nguyen of Florissant was discovered next to an electrical box at St. Louis Cold Drawn off I-270 at Pershall. He was taken by ambulance to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Investigators believe Nguyen was electrocuted. Police say burnt strands of hair were found on one of the coils in the box.

Cold Drawn is a maker of cold-finished steel bar.
