Alleged ‘Naked Man’ Arrested and Charged

ST. PETERS, Mo. (KMOX) — St. Peters Police made an arrest Thursday in connection with the indecent exposure incident at the Spencer Library parking lot.

They arrested 49-year-old Kevin Flatley of St. Peters without incident at his home in the 400 block of Quiet Field Drive. He is the man who was allegedly naked and fondling himself and tried to lure a teenage girl into his car on Tuesday.

Police used surveillance camera photos to ID his vehicle. That led them to his home. When police arrested Flatley they noted that he had a tattoo of an Italian flag on his arm which is very similar to the Irish flag. The alleged victim had originally told police the man had an Irish flag tattooed on his upper right arm.

Flatley is charged with Sexual Misconduct. He is being held in the St. Charles County Jail. Bond was set at $20,000.
