Two Charged in Theft of Explosives

LINCOLN CO. MO. (KMOX) – Two teens are charged in the theft of more than 100 pounds of explosives from a Lincoln County Quarry but, so far , only one is in custody.

Police arrested 18 year old Dylan Huber at his home in Moscow Mills.

He admitted to police that he and 19 year old Joshua Wilcockson had been drinking and riding in an ATV when they found scrap metal at the quarry.

He said they also broke into a trailer and found the explosives.

They have been confiscated by police from Wilcockson’s home in Troy, but Wilcockson has not yet been caught.
