O’Fallon Teen Charged With Child Molestation, Again

ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. (KMOX) – A 17-year-old O’Fallon resident has been charged with child molestation while out on bond for previous molestation charges.
Authorities say Donald Knaust attempted to molest an 8-year-old boy during a sporting event at the Fort Zumwalt North High School, January 25th of this year.
He was arrested by the O’Fallon Police Department and charged.
While out on bond from the previous charge, police say Knaust had sexual intercourse with another 8-year-old boy on two separate occasions.
The child molestation happened in the 1400 block of Garnet Dr. and the 200 block of Crystal Ridge Dr. sometime between May 1 and June 1, according to the press release.
Knaust has now been charged with two counts of first-degree child molestation, false imprisonment, first-degree attempted statutory sodomy, and two counts of first-degree statutory sodomy-deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 14-years-old.
His bond is set at $500,000.
