No longer is Steve Darcis an unknown name. He’s now known as the Belgian tennis player who beat Rafael Nadal in the opening round of Wimbledon.

For the first time in his career, Nadal, seeded no. 5, was eliminated in the first round of a Grand Slam event. Darcis, unseeded and ranked 135, defeated Nadal 7-6, 7-6, 6-4.
