ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – A Stan Musial game used glove went for a world record price of $18,900 on Monday at an auction in St. Louis.

The price of the glove was more than 3 times the previous record.

Mound City Auctions, an auction company based in St. Louis, also sold a jersey worn by Musial and Steve Carlton for $11,000.

The prices included a 10 percent buyers premium.

Mound City Auctions has claimed more than 600 world record prices selling items at auction.
