Police: Woman Found Strangled In Vacant Building

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOX) — Police say a woman whose body was discovered in a vacant building over the weekend was strangled.

The body of Annette Brock, 29, was found Saturday in a home in the 4300 block of College in north St. Louis.

At the time police said there were no obvious signs of trauma, but an autopsy this week revealed the cause of death was due to strangulation.

The case has now been reclassified as a homicide.
