ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOX) — Local fans who got a big kick out of May’s soccer match between Chelsea and Manchester City at Busch Stadium will have a chance to see another big European showdown on St. Louis soil.

Real Madrid will play Inter Milan on Saturday, August 10th at the Edwards Jones Dome.

KMOX-AM will broadcast the game with St. Louis natives Bill McDermott and Ty Keough teaming up for the station’s coverage. Pregame coverage starts at noon, and kick-off is at 1:00 PM on 1120 AM

McDermott, who is in his 38th year behind the microphone, holds the title of longest-running U.S. soccer broadcaster and will be doing the play-by-play for the game. Keough, a former U.S. soccer player and coach, has played for the St. Louis Steamers, San Diego Sockers, and the U.S. national team. Keough has covered four World Cups in his broadcasting career, and will be handling color commentary for the game.
