Crowd Cuts Good Samaritan As He Helps Car Accident Victims

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – A 40-year-old man is recovered after he says he was cut on his arm and chest as he tried to help a car accident victim around 11:30 last night at Labadie and Newstead in St. Louis.

St. Louis Police released more details Friday afternoon, claiming the man told them he saw a wreck and as he was trying to help someone in the vehicle, a crowd approached and began an argument.

The victim says there was a struggle and the crowd dispersed. However as the man walked away, police say he realized he had blood on his shirt and that’s when he realized he’d been cut.

The victim is listed in serious but stable condition. Police say the investigation continues.
