Charges Filed For Jennings Violence & Standoff

CLAYTON, Mo. (KMOX) – Two Country Club Hills men are charged in connection with Wednesday’s standoff in north St. Louis County.

Police say shots were fired into a home on Hamilton in Jennings, and they tracked the suspects to a residence on Calvin in Country Club Hills.

Officers say 20-year-old Darrion Dardon pulled a gun on police and fired a few shots before going back inside and refusing to come out.

Police say the standoff didn’t last too long, and both suspects surrendered.

Dardon is charged with two counts of assaulting a police officer. His bond is set at $500,000.

Twenty-four-year-old Michael Eiland is charged with three counts of first-degree assault. His bond is set at $200,000.
