ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KMOX) – St. Louis County is gearing up for its annual sale of tax delinquent property.

A complete list of properties up for sale can be found HERE and HERE.

The auction, which takes place on the fourth Monday of August each year, will be Aug. 26 at 10 a.m. in the County Council Chambers on the first floor of the County Administration building.

Properties will be sold to the highest bidder at public auction. All sales are final.

Those wishing to take part in the auction must register before hand. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 26 in the Office of the Collector of Revenue, located on the street level of the County Administration Building.

The Saint Louis County Department of Revenue says all bidders participating in the auction must have a form of picture identification and must be current on their taxes.
