VALLEY PARK, Mo. (KMOX) – The ousted mayor of Valley Park is in trouble with the law again, this time for allegedly using his estranged wife’s personal information to get a credit card.
Nathan Grellner is charged with one count of identity theft.
Police say he used the card to make over $500 in purchases.
Grellner is still awaiting trial on four previous charges of illegally using the Valley Park credit card while mayor and six charges stemming from last year’s arrest after a Jefferson County traffic stop.
