ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – It’s the buzz for St. Louisans on social media — the unseasonably cool temperatures they woke up to, Sunday morning.
The National Weather Service office in St. Louis says Lambert Airport registered a record low of 56 degrees Sunday, right before sunrise, smashing the previous record of 59 set on July 28th, 1977.
A daily record low was also set at Columbia, Missouri. Their low of 52 beat the previous number of 56, set eight years ago.
