Man Charged in Sister’s Shooting Death

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – A 20 year old man, who Police Chief Sam Dotson once said is mentally challenged is now charged in the shooting death of his sister.

The charges against Marcus Anderson came down Thursday from the prosecutor’s office. Second degree Involuntary Manslaughter is the charge.

Anderson is jailed on $20,000 bond.

He’s accused of shooting his 15-year-old sister on Thursday night at their home in the 4600 block of San Francisco.

Witnesses told KMOX at the time that Alicia Anderson had just taken a shower and was coming out of the bathroom when she was shot in the head.
