Another week, 5 more #GetMoney picks, along with picks from Paul Bessire of PredictionMachine.com & Adam Kramer of Bleacher Report. 3-2 last week on our #GetMoney picks, so let’s try and improve this week. Happy wagering!

HRABE’S PICKS:

  • Wisconsin/Ohio State over 55.5: I think both of these offenses will move the ball and play at an uptempo pace. Wisconsin has scored 40 or more in all three of their wins, and lost 32-30 in a game at Arizona State, which I think will mirror this game in terms of pace. Ohio State can get just about whatever they want offensively, and have gone over totals in the 50’s three times already this year.
  • Miami (-19) at South Florida: Fading a terrible South Florida team. How many good college teams covered massive totals against terrible teams last week? I wonder how high bookmakers could set this line to attract any sharp action to South Florida. Don’t overthink this.
  • Colts (-8.5) at Jacksonville: I know, I know. Public play. I know, I know. The sharps will be all over the Jaguars, like they were last week in Seattle. How did that work out. Not going to the window for Jacksonville. Not doing it. Let’s fade the Jaguars, and not overthink this one too much. If you want to get cute with the Jags, by all means.
  • Houston (+3) vs Seattle: Now we’ll fade the Seahawks on the road, and take on the public. Love the Texans in this spot, catching three at home against a Seattle team that has been BAD away from home. They needed a lucky break to cover in Carolina in Week 1 as *DING DING DING* a three point road favorite. Give me the Texans all day in this spot, and I’ll easily back the contrarian opinion.
  • Bears/Lions over 47.5: I think this number is right where it probably should be, and I’m still confident in the over. The Bears have gone over the total in all three of their games this year, with 45, 61 & 63 total points. The Lions have totaled 46 & 47 points the last two weeks, playing against a ad Arizona team and in Washington. I think this game gets over fairly easily, with the Bears missing a piece in Henry Melton on defense, the ability to score a defensive/special teams touchdown (or two) and the controlled environment of Ford Field. Give me the over.
  • BONUS: Redskins/Raiders over 43.5: I talked about this total with Paul Bessire, and we both love the over. I don’t know why the total is falling, and I’ll hit the over even if Matt Flynn is stating for Oakland. These teams will move the ball against each other and I don’t think they’ll have any trouble hitting the total.
