Four Guns, 100 Rounds of Ammunition Stolen From Parked Car

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOX) – St. Louis Police are looking for the person or persons who stole four guns and more than 100 rounds of ammunition from a car parked on Lucas Avenue over the weekend.

A salesperson with Rhino-Ammo had parked her car in the 1400 block of Lucas and when she returned the back window had been broken out.

Taken were an AR-15 rifle, a glock 9 mm, a Sig Saur 9 mm semi automatic pistol, and a .45 calibur semi automatic pistol. Also missing is 100 rounds of whats known as 223 ammunition and sixty rounds of 9 mm ammunition.

St. Louis Police Chief Sam Dotson tweeted a caution and a reminder to all St. Louisans who have conceal carry permits to make sure their weapons are secure.

The Sales representative told police the weapons were all in a back-pack in the vehicle.
