3 Injured in Drive-By Shootings Tuesday Night

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – A 17-year-old was among three people wounded in St. Louis drive-by shootings Tuesday night.

The teen was among two people shot just before 10 p.m. at Mimika Avenue and West Florissant Avenue. He was in a vehicle with six others when someone in a black car pulled up and opened fire.

The teen was hit several times and is in critical but stable condition. The vehicle’s driver, a 36-year-old woman, was hit once and is in stable condition. The victims drove nearly two miles to West Florissant and Lucas and Hunt Road before calling police.

Just over an hour later, someone in a black car pulled up and opened fire on a man who had just gotten out of his vehicle on Humphrey Avenue near Oak Hill, just south of Tower Grove Park.

A 34-year-old victim in the second shooting was hit several times. He was in critical and unstable condition Wednesday morning.
