Man Robs Central West End U.S. Bank Branch

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOX) – The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is looking for a suspect who robbed the U.S. bank branch in the 4300 block of Lindell around 9:45 a.m. Monday.

Investigators say the man used a demand note which indicated he was armed, but did not show any weapons. The suspect left after taking an undisclosed amount of money.

He is described as an african-american man, about 50 years of age with a goatee. He was last seen wearing a dark knit cap with blue and gray lines and a logo on the front. He had on a white zip-up jacket, black gloves and dark pants.

CrimeStoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to a felony arrest. Tips must be submitted to CrimeStoppers at 866-371-TIPS for the reward.
