Police: Man Attacks Brother With Ax Over Video Game

LINCOLN, Neb. (CBS St. Louis) – Lincoln police arrested 19-year-old Luke Marshall after they say he attacked his brother with a double-bladed medieval ax.
According to KLKN-TV, police say Marshall was playing video games with a friend when Marshall’s brother said they were being too loud. Police say that once Marshall’s friend left, Marshall got upset, grabbed the ax, and struck his 21-year-old brother with it.
The brother was struck on the wrist and leg, and required 8 stitches. Marshall was arrested and faces charges for second-degree assault, terroristic threats, and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
