North St. Louis Murder Suspect Charged

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - Murder charges have been filed against a St. Louis man who allegedly shot three people in the 5800 block of Dr. Martin Luther King Drive in October.
Carl Kelley, 33, is charged with first-degree murder, three counts of armed criminal action, and two counts of first-degree assault.
Prosecutors allege Kelley shot three people multiple times. Byron Gallion, 38, was killed and two others were hospitalized.
Gallion’s body was found in a vacant building.
The two who survived were found lying in the street at Goodfellow and Dr. Martin Luther King Drive.
