ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - For the second time in as many days, the St. Louis Blues have placed a player on the injured reserve list.

The team announced Saturday that defenseman Roman Polak has a lower-body injury.

Polak played 15 minutes and 24 seconds in a 5-1 win against the Montreal Canadiens on Thursday night at Scottrade Center. He has played in 34 games for the Blues this season, registering three goals, four assists and a plus-7 rating.

On Friday, the Blues placed forward Vladimir Sobotka on the IR list with an upper-body injury.
