Police Release Surveillance Photo of Bank Bandit

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a bank robbery suspect.

The surveillance camera photo of the bandit is so clear that police are confident someone will be able to lead them to the suspect.

Police believe the bandit in the surveillance camera photo is wearing a wig.

Shortly after noon Monday, the man handed a teller a demand note at St Louis Community Credit Union at 7224 Gravois.

He implied he had a weapon but did not show one and left with an undisclosed amount of money.

Crimestoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to a felony arrest by calling (866) 371-TIPS.
