ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - St. Louis city police confirm two people are dead and one is in critical condition, following a shooting on the city’s north side.

Officers say a Clara Walker, 51, and Robert Parker, 32, were shot in the 4000 block of Peck around 2:00 p.m. Sunday.

They died a short time later at a hospital.

A third victim, described as a 23-year-old man, is critically injured. A fourth person had a graze wound.

Police say Parker and the two injured people were seated in a car when another car pulled up and began shooting. Officers found Parker lying outside of a car and Walker inside her home.

A second shooting occurred around the same time frame in the 5300 block of North Euclid.

Police blocked off a portion of westbound Interstate 70 as part of their investigation.

Officers say three people were injured, but no word on the severity.
