Endangered Person Advisory Issued For So. County Teen

ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KMOX)- There’s concern about the welfare of a mentally challenged, suicidal, south St. Louis County teen ager who hasn’t been seen since Tuesday morning.

Police have issued an endangered person advisory for 19-year-old Jessica Lynn Palmer.

Jessica left her home in the 4500 block of Southridge Pines Drive, southwest of South County Shopping Center, sometime early this morning. She is white, about 5-4, 200 pounds with red hair, blue eyes and a fair complexion. She was wearing a black coat and blue jeans.

Police say that Jessica suffers from depression, schizophrenia, post traumatic stress disorder, and mania.  Jessica has attempted suicide in the past and has suicidal tendencies.
