ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KMOX)- There’s concern about the welfare of a mentally challenged, suicidal, south St. Louis County teen ager who hasn’t been seen since Tuesday morning.

Police have issued an endangered person advisory for 19-year-old Jessica Lynn Palmer.

Jessica left her home in the 4500 block of Southridge Pines Drive, southwest of South County Shopping Center, sometime early this morning. She is white, about 5-4, 200 pounds with red hair, blue eyes and a fair complexion. She was wearing a black coat and blue jeans.

Police say that Jessica suffers from depression, schizophrenia, post traumatic stress disorder, and mania.  Jessica has attempted suicide in the past and has suicidal tendencies.

If you can help find her, call St. Louis County Police at 889-2341 or call 9-1-1.
