ST. LOUIS (KMOX)-Police say the man who was shot by an acquaintance who was driving his car early Sunday morning, was trying to sell pills to the shooter.
The 57-year-old victim tells investigators the other man was driving him home when he pulled a gun, fired shots at him, jumped out and ran off.
It happened at about 3:30 a.m. at Ashland and Fair near Fairground Park. The victim drove over a mile to Marcus and Natural Bridge before calling police.
He’s in critical condition.
