ST. LOUIS (AP) - Vice President Joe Biden will be in St. Louis today to speak at the VFW National Convention.

The vice president is scheduled to speak at 11 a.m. at the America’s Center convention center. It marks Biden’s third visit to St. Louis this year.

He is expected to discuss veterans issues and foreign policy in the speech before the VFW.

More than 12,000 people are expected to attend the convention this week.
