Puppy Found in Suburban St. Louis Donation Bin Gets New Home

Associated Press

FERGUSON, Mo. (AP) – Nowhere on the charity’s bin for clothing donations does it say puppies are accepted, but that didn’t stop someone from still tossing one into the St. Louis-area receptacle.

St. Louis’ KTVI reports that the week-old puppy was found alive recently among contents of the Big Brothers Big Sisters donation bin that had been outside a Wal-Mart store in Ferguson.

The puppy was taken to an animal hospital, and the dog already has been adopted.
