Jackie Joyner-Kersee to Participate in Olympics Closing Ceremony

EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. (KMOX) – East St. Louis native and Olympian Jackie Joyner-Kersee will take part in the closing ceremonies of the Olympics in Rio.

President Barack Obama announced members of the Presidential Delegation to attend the Closing Ceremony Sunday August 21, 2016. The delegation will also attend athletic events and meet with U.S. athletes. EPA administrator Gina McCarthy will lead the delegation.
