ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – Two more suspects have been charged in connection with last week’s shooting death of a 54-year-old St. Louis woman.
Monica Shaw was gunned down late on the evening of September 12th while walking in the 400 block of North Sarah.
Xavier Perkins,18, was later arrested and charged with 1st-Degree Murder, Armed Criminal Action and Attempted Robbery in Shaw’s death.
A witness who was with Perkins at the time told police he saw Perkins point a gun at Shaw, who refused to turn over her belongings to him.
The witness says Perkins then shot Shaw and told his accomplices he was going to sell the gun used in the crime.
The Circuit Attorney’s office has announced that 20-year old Jermaine Stabler and Ronald Harris, have been arrested and charged with 2nd-Degree Murder, Armed Criminal Action and Distribution of Marijuana.
They are being held on a $1 million bond.
