Endangered Person Advisory: 13-Year-Old Missing From Salem, Mo.

SALEM, Mo. (KMOX) – The Dent County Sheriff’s Office has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a 13-year-old missing from Salem early Thursday morning.

Missing:
Harley M. Hopper, a white female, age 13, 5’03”, 220 lbs, black hair, blue eyes, fair complexion, wearing a blue striped shirt, blue jeans and cowboy boots.

Vehicle Information:
White, older model GMC full-size pickup bearing unknown registration, last seen northbound MO-19 in Salem.

Possible suspects or associates:
Kenneth Dylan Whitehead, a white male, age 22, 5’06”, 187 lbs, brown hair, green eyes.

A witness states Hopper left her residence with a backpack and entered the suspect vehicle and has not been contacted since.

Suspect could possibly have ties to the Sullivan area or the state of Ohio.

Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency, or call the Dent County Sheriff’s Office at 573-729-3757.
