ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – The new trolley in the Delmar Loop is still on schedule to open in 2017. Project leaders held an open forum for community members to ask questions and get an update on Thursday.
Officials say the construction is costing $51 million and will take around three years for them to break even.
No decisions have been made on how much it will cost to ride the trolley, but they do know tickets will be time-based so you can get off and on as much as you would like.
There will be at least 20 full-time and part-time employees working the trolley, but officials say they do need volunteers.
