Chiefs Trade Running Back To Packers

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — Running back Knile (nyl) Davis practiced with the Green Bay Packers Tuesday after being acquired from Kansas City for a conditional draft pick.

The Packers were in desperate need of a running back with James Starks undergoing knee surgery and Eddie Lacy nursing an ankle injury. Davis should be fresh after carrying just 29 times for 70 yards and a touchdown the past two seasons combined.
