Police ID Two Victims of Boiler Explosion

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – Saint Louis police identify the two victims killed Monday when an industrial boiler exploded and sent a large piece of metal through a nearby laundry plant office.

Officers say 46-year-old Christopher Watkins and 43-year-old Tonya Gonzalez-Suarez were “new-hires” filling out paperwork at Faultless Healhcare Linen.

Previously identified as killed in the explosion was 59-year-old Kenneth Trentham, who was inside the Loy-Lange Box Company when the boiler blew.
