Online Fundraiser Started for Healthcare Protesters

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – An online fundraiser is being held for eight people arrested inside Senator Roy Blunt’s Clayton office this week.

The individuals were trying to deliver a letter to Senator Blunt promising not to vote for the new health care plan going through Congress.

All eight were arrested by Clayton police. An online fundraiser has a goal of $2500 for their bail and court costs. So far, more than $2600 has been raised.
