St. Louis’ Oldest Resident Turns 110 Today

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – The Wright Brothers had flown for the first time just four years before she was born, and she was nearly 5 when the Titanic went down.

Billed as St. Louis’ “oldest living person”, Dorothy Hunter will celebrate her 110th birthday later today.

She was born in South St. Louis in 1907 and still lives on her own.

Family and friends will gather with her this afternoon at Meramec Bluffs Senior Living Center in Ballwin to celebrate.
