Kevin Killeen is the author of “Try to Kiss a Girl.” It’s July, 1969, and the Apollo Eleven astronauts are hurtling toward the moon, and somewhere down below, two 11-year old boys who meet on vacation in Michigan launch their own mission — to try to kiss a girl before the week is over.
Killeen is a Webster Groves, MO, native, and KMOX/CBS Radio News Reporter, whose first book, “Never Hug a Nun,” was awarded The Independent Book Publishers Association’s 2013 silver award in the humor category.
Bill McClellan is the author of “From Bill, With Love.” For decades, McClellan has shared his insight, wisdom and self-deprecating humor through his column in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. “From Bill, with Love,” features nearly 90 of his personal favorites.
McClellan’s unique and uncanny ability to capture readers’ attention and engage them in his stories has made him one of St. Louis’ favorite columnists. He is a columnist for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and a panelist on KETC’s Donnybrook.
