Mr. Blunt has to think nationally when he makes a statement like “100%” for Joplin or Malibu or Hilton Head or Long Island or Greensburg – especially when it comes to a natural event. How can this be different than 100% health care or even offering to all Americans 100% the same coverage options that he is afforded? How is it different than having access to tax-loop-hole attorneys when 100% of Americans do not? 100% is a pretty big number – what if we talk about 100% of the 100,000 American Veterans that are homeless – what if the Federal government bought 100% of them a single-wide trailer and put them all in his old Congressional district so that they could cover 100% of their mental and physical ailments? Sir, be careful – your mouth may have written a 100% non-cashable check full of the typical wild promises of 534 of your counterparts from the mansions you have built with 100% of the taxpayers money!
